Saturday, October 5, we participated in the Saturday edition of the XXVIX Tarragona Castle Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been a long castellar day, which started with a parade from the Rambla Nova in Tarragona to the TAP (Tarraco Arena Pla\u00e7a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this performance we have gathered 160 people, including people in shirts and t-shirts, from other gangs or fans who have come to help us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sincere and very special thank you for all these people who wanted to be part of our pineapple for a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first round, we had to dismantle the 4\/8 with twos placed because we considered that it did not offer enough guarantees to continue raising the rogue. In part, the reason was that we had just entered the square and it was already our turn to raise the first castle, at a time when the whole trunk was not yet ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the second round we did reach 4\/8, the third of the season. The castle took a lot of work to download, but it was finally completed in an outburst of joy from the whole gang<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the third round we tried the 5\/7 with a needle, but we had to dismantle the castle when the acoxadors went up. On this occasion, the scoundrel did not see it clearly, due to the movement that the castle presented as it went up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the fourth round we made 5\/7, instead of 5\/7 with needle, due to some forced change in the trunk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we had to resort to the fifth round to complete the 3 castles. In this last round, after four hours of performance, we have successfully completed the 4\/7 with needle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The performance ended with 3 pillars out of 4, simultaneously with the pillars of all the other gangs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special mention and recognition also for our group of grallers and drummers, who have once again sounded wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
