The Castellera group of Tirallongues de Manresa performed this past Saturday together with Castellers de Lleida, Sagals d'Osona and Marrecs de Salt, on the occasion of the XXIII edition of Colles de l'Eix in Vic.
Initially, the celebration of the day took place in the Parc d'Occitania in Vic, but due to the rain, the performance was finally moved to the Palau Feral del Sucre in that same town.
The Tirallongues came out with a pillar of 4 at the beginning, in the first round of castles they unloaded a 3d7, in the second round they executed a 4d7 which was finally in a dismounted attempt and which they managed to unload in the repetition round, in the third round they showed a 3d6 with a pin and ended with a takedown attempt from a 5-pillar in the pillar round.
On the part of the local Sagals d'Osona gang, they unloaded 3 pillars of 4 at the beginning, a 3d7, 5d7, 4d7, and ended with a pillar of 5.
Castellers de Lleida, showed 2 pillars of 4, a 4d7, 3d7, 2d6, and pillar of 5.
The casteller gang of Marrecs de Salt unloaded 3 pillars of 4 at the start, a 5d7, 3d8, 2d7, and finally a pillar of 5.
Once the rounds of castles were finished, as is tradition at this meeting, the gangs made the castle of brotherhood. In this case, a 4d7. A structure that was composed of a line from each participating gang.
Manresans once again displayed seven-story structures outside their homes. Those in the striped shirt are already preparing the next party that will take place on June 18 at 12 noon in Plaça Crist Rei de Manresa on the occasion of the 30th anniversary party. A special and very emotional day that will commemorate the thirty years since the foundation of the organization and will feature guest gangs as prominent as the Minions of Terrassa and the Marrecs of Salt.
