On Friday January 13, the Ordinary General Assembly of Tirallongues was held, at the gang's premises.
As a highlight of the agreements made during the Assembly, the Board of Directors was elected for the next two seasons.
The new Board of Directors is a restructuring of the one that has been leading the organization for the last two seasons, with David Traus continuing in the position of president.
The composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
President: David Traus
Secretary: Olga Moyà
Treasury: Miquel Moret
Public relations: Oriol López
Vocal 1: David Jover
Vocal 2: Gisela Racero
Vocal 3: Xénia Sotillo
The new Board of Directors, which combines experience and young people, presented its main objectives for the current season and the next. As the main axes of the project, the events celebrating the 30th anniversary and the strategies to try to increase the social mass of the gang, especially the rogue and their families, stand out.
The gang's new Fairness Commission was also introduced. A newly created commission that will ensure that the gang's activity is carried out respecting gender equality at all possible levels.
At the same Assembly, a series of documents were presented on which the Board had been working the previous season:
- Internal Regime Regulation
- Code of Ethics
- rogue protocol
These documents aim to order and facilitate the management of the entity, providing elements of regulation of the gang's activity in those aspects that are not covered or clearly defined in the Statutes.
They are dynamic documents, which will allow the entity to gradually adapt to the changing times and which will always be subject to the approval of the Assembly.
During the Assembly, it was decided to open a period of time so that all partners can make their amendments, comments and contributions to the documents, with the intention that they will be approved in a new Assembly to be held in the coming weeks .
