The Colla Castellera dels Tirallongues de Manresa performed this weekend in Esparreguera on the occasion of the town's Festa Major together with the castellers of Esparreguera and the Colla Castellera dels Xics de Granollers.
The Tirallongues entered the square with a pillar of 4 walking, in the first round of castles a 2d6 was unloaded, in the second round a 3d6 with a needle, a 4d6 in the third and ended their participation with two pillars of 4.
On the part of the local castellers d'Esparreguera gang, after the pillar of 4 walking, they executed a 3d7 in the first round, a 4d7 with a needle and a 4d7 in the following rounds. They ended their Day with three pillars of 4 raised below.
The Xics de Granollers also entered the square with a pillar of 4 walking like the other gangs, in their participation, they displayed a 3d7, a 5d6, a 4d6 with a needle and said goodbye with two pillars of 4.
The Tirallongues unloaded the 2d6 for the second time this season after unloading it for the first time in Santa Coloma de Gramanet. On this day there were also several premieres of rogues in different positions, as well as the premiere of a second.
The Manresans will stop training until July 22 to gather strength and face the next part of the season.
The Tirallongues will be present at the Feast of the Ignatian Way on July 23 at 8:45pm in the Parc de la Seu de Manresa.
