The Tirallongues de Manresa castella group performed this afternoon in the square
of the King of Barcelona together with the castellers of La Jove de Barcelona and the Xicots
of Vilafranca on the occasion of the Barcelona Youth Day.
The Manresans started their performance with a pillar of 4 entry. At first
round of castles they executed a 3d6 with a needle, in the second round a 4d6, a 3d6 in
third and ended with a pillar of 5 and a pillar of 4 exit.
On the part of the local gang of La Jove de Barcelona they unloaded 2 pillars out of 4 at the start,
a 3d7 in the first round, a 4d7 with a needle, a 4d7, a pillar of 5 and they said goodbye to
his day with two pillars of4.
Xicots de Vilafranca showed a pillar of 4 entry, a 4d7, 4d6 with needle, a
try 3d6 with needle and lastly 2 pillars of 4.
The Tirallongues managed to unload the pillar of 5 for the second time this time
season Manresans continue to rotate new structures and castellers for
to upcoming goals.
The Bagencs are already preparing the next day that will take place during the Festa Major
d'Esparreguera on Saturday 9 July at 6pm in Plaça de la Constitució together
with the Castellera gangs of Esparreguera and the Capgrossos of Mataró.
