The Tirallongues de Manresa casteller group performed this Sunday in Figueres together with the castellers of Figueres, Xerrics d'Olot and Esperxats de l'Estany on the occasion of the festivities of Sant Pere, patron saint of Figueres.
The Manresans started their participation with a pillar of 4 entry, in the first round of castles they unloaded a 3d7, in the second a 3d6 lifted from below, and a 3d6 with a needle in the third round. In the round of pillars they loaded a pillar of 5 which yielded the structure and made 'wood' at the time of unloading. They said goodbye with a pillar of 4 exit.
The local gang of Castellers de Figueres showed 3 pillars of 4 in the beginning, a 3d7, 4d7 with needle with a dismounted attempt, 4d7, pillar of 5, and ended their day with a pillar of 4.
The Banyoles castle gang, the Esperxats de l'Estany, unloaded two starting pillars of 4, a 5d6, 3d7, 4d6 with needle, pillar of 5 and pillar of 4 farewell.
Xerrics of Olot came out with a pillar of 4, a 2d6, 3d6 with needle, 3d6, and pillar of 4 final.
The Tirallongues on this occasion again showed a castle raised below, in this case the 3d6, a structure that went up very solid block by block pushed by the pine tree. A castle that always shows anticipation for its complexity and uniqueness. The gang has been rehearsing this structure since the beginning of the season and have shown that they have a lot in hand, and that the gang is not ruling out going up another floor in the coming months. As well as the 3d6 with the needle, which the gang is preparing to take it up another floor in about two weeks.
Those in the striped shirt are also preparing their next party that will take place on July 16 in Llavaneres on the occasion of the town's Festa Major.
