On Saturday 4 February, at the Cultural Center of Valls, a new edition of the Night of Castles was held. This year, the focus has been on the pillar of 9 with lining, shackles and struts of the Castellers de Vilafranca, the Moixiganguers of Igualada for their excellent season, for the TAP (Tarraco Arena Plaça), as the best Casteller square, and to the casteller from Reus Quim Vilafranca, for his career as a casteller. The event was broadcast by 27 local television stations from all over Catalonia and also served to commemorate the 30 years of the first extra range castle, the 2/9 with lining and handcuffs carried by the Minions of Terrassa, and the 25 of castles of 10 and defoliated.
